摘  要:针对HRB400E棒材切分工艺在生产过程中存在的堆钢事故问题,结合生产实际及现场操作,从工艺、设备、坯料、人员操作四个角度出发,系统性地分析堆钢事故发生原因,同时制定了针对性的建议措施。相关措施实施后,堆钢事故发生率降低50%,作业率提高20%,在保证生产顺行方面取得显著效果。In response to the problem of steel stacking accidents in the production process of HRB400E bar cutting technology,combined with actual production and on-site operations,a systematic analysis of the causes of steel stacking accidents was conducted from four perspectives:process,equipment,billet,and human operation.At the same time,targeted suggestions and measures were formulated.After the implementation of relevant measures,the incidence of steel stacking accidents decreased by 50%,and the operation rate increased by 20%,achieving significant results in ensuring smooth production.
