长顺县核桃种植地土壤理化性质、微生物和酶活性调查

摘  要:本研究旨在探讨核桃种植地不同深度土层土壤状况,为此以长顺县核桃种植地为研究地点,调划分(1 m×1 m)规格样地,分别取0~20 cm(S1)、20~40 cm(S2)和40~60 cm(S3)土壤样品,测定不同土层土壤理化性质、微生物和酶活性。研究结果显示,土壤理化性质指标中,S1、S2、S3组土壤pH值比较无差异(P>0.05),含水量S3<S2<S1(P<0.05),S1有机质、全氮和全磷含量高于S2和S3(P<0.05),且S2高于S3(P<0.05);在土壤微生物含量比较中,S1细菌、真菌和放线菌微生物含量明显高于S2和S3(P<0.05),S2和S3比较无差异(P>0.05);土壤酶活性测定结果显示,S2脲酶活性、蔗糖酶活性和过氧化氢活性高于S1和S3组,其中S1组最低,S3组其次,组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。上述研究结果说明核桃种植地不同深度土层土壤养分含量存在较大差异。The purpose of this study was to investigate the soil conditions of walnut planting fields at different depths,so the walnut planting fields in Changshun County were divided into(1 m×1 m)plots,and soil samples of 0 cm-20 cm(S1),20 cm-40 cm(S2)and 40 cm-60 cm(S3)were taken,respectively.Soil physical and chemical properties,microorganisms and enzyme activities in different soil layers were measured.The results showed that among the soil physicochemical property indexes,there was no difference in pH value of S1,S2 and S3 groups(P>0.05),water content S3<S2<S1(P<0.05),organic matter,total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents of S1 were higher than those of S2 and S3(P<0.05),and S2 was higher than S3(P<0.05).The contents of bacteria,fungi and actinomyces in S1 were significantly higher than those in S2 and S3(P<0.05),but there was no difference between S2 and S3(P>0.05).The results of soil enzyme activity showed that the urease activity,sucrase activity and hydrogen peroxide activity of S2 were higher than those of S1 and S3 groups,among which S1 group was the lowest,followed by S3 group,and there was a difference among groups(P<0.05).The above results indicate that there are great differences in soil nutrient content in different depth layers in walnut planting areas.
