摘 要:目前高校教研室建设中普遍存在教学功能不足、管理制度不健全和评价考核机制缺失等问题。为此,建立教学资源共享平台,提供教学指导和辅导服务,开展教学研讨和交流活动,以满足教师的教学需求和提高教学水平。制定教研室工作计划和年度评估机制,明确职责和任务,规范管理流程和程序,加强内部沟通和协作,提高工作效率和质量。开展教学评估和教学督导工作,建立教师档案和绩效考核体系,注重教师的专业发展和职业成长,激励和保障优秀教师的工作和发展。从而实现高校教研室基层教学组织功能的重塑,促进教师教学发展,提高高校人才培养质量。At present,there are many problems of insufficient teaching function,imperfect teaching and research system,and the lack of evaluation and assessment mechanism.To this end,a teaching resource sharing platform has been established to provide teaching guidance and guidance services,and teaching discussion and communication activities have been carried out to meet the teaching needs of teachers and improve the teaching level.Formulate the work plan and annual evaluation mechanism of the teaching and research section,clarify responsibilities and tasks,standardize management processes and procedures,strengthen internal communication and cooperation,and improve work efficiency and quality.To carry out teaching evaluation and teaching supervision,establish teacher archives and performance appraisal system,pay attention to teachers’professional development and professional growth,and encourage and guarantee the work and development of excellent teachers.In this way,it can realize the function of teaching organization,promote the development of teachers,and improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.
