摘 要:本论文利用硫酸氢钠对麦秆进行一段处理以提高碱性亚硫酸盐二段处理对上述纤维酶解性能的改善效率,利用单因素试验探究最优工艺。结果表明:在硫酸氢钠用量2%、处理温度120℃、处理时间40min(浸渍时间15min、纤维浓度15%)的条件下,硫酸氢钠一段处理效率最佳。和仅经碱性亚硫酸盐处理后纤维的性能相比,经硫酸氢钠和碱性亚硫酸盐两段处理后纤维中有机抽提物、灰分、木质素和木聚糖的含量降低,但酶解葡聚糖含量和葡聚糖转化率增加。In this paper,the NaHSO_(4) aqueous solution was used to treat wheat straw(the first stage)for the modification on the efficiency of the fiber enzyme hydrolysis property of wheat straw treated by alkaline sulfites in the second stage,and the single factor tests were applied to determine the optimal conditions.The results showed that the NaHSO,dosage of 2%,treating temperature of 120 ℃ and treating time of 40 min(soaking time of 15 min,fiber concentration of 15%)were chosen as the optimal conditions.Under above conditions,compared with those of the fibers treated by alkaline sulfites,the contents of organic extract,ash,lignin and xylan in the fibers treated by NaHSO_(4) and alkaline sulfites were decreased;however,the hydrolyzed glucan content and the conversion ratio of glucan were increased.
