摘  要:随着标准化事业的蓬勃发展,各行各业对标准化人才的需求量越来越大,标准化人才培养也面临着重大的机遇与挑战。本文通过剖析山东省标准化人才队伍发展的现状,针对标准化人才存在的问题,对未来标准化人才队伍的建设提出了有针对性的对策和建议,以期为打造高质量高水平的标准化人才队伍、为开展标准化活动不断提供人才和技术支撑,推动标准化人才培养工作的深入开展。With the vigorous development of standardization,the demand for standardization talents in various industries is increasing,and the cultivation of standardization talents is also facing significant opportunities and challenges.This article analyzes the current situation of the development of standardization talent teams in Shandong province,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of future standardization talent teams in response to the existing problems in standardization talents.It is expected to create a high-quality and high-level standardization talent team,continuously provide talent and technical support for carrying out standardization activities,and promote the in-depth development of standardization talent training work.
