中美高速公路改扩建作业区布设标准比对分析

摘　　要：高速公路改扩建作业区是改扩建安全管理工作的重点区域。为了更好地借鉴美国道路交通管理工作经验、支撑我国相关标准修订,本文梳理了美国《统一交通设施控制手册》修订情况,并与我国相关国家标准和行业标准进行比对,提出了中美标准在作业区设置、典型作业区布设方案方面的主要技术差异,从临时护栏使用、渠化设施安装拆除时的安全防护和临时交通安全设施组合设置等方面提出了标准修订建议。The work zone for expressway renovation and expansion is a key area for safety management in the renovation and expansion project.In order to better draw on the experience of road traffic management in the United States and support the revision of relevant standards in China,this paper sorts out the revision status of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways,and compares with relevant national and sectoral standards in China.It proposes the main technical differences between China and the United States in the setting of work zones and typical work zone layout schemes,and puts forward the suggestions on standards revision in terms of the use of temporary guardrails,safety protection during the installation and removal of channelization facilities,and the combination setting of temporary traffic safety facilities.
