浅谈如何高效通过检验检测机构资质认定技术评审审查

摘　　要：2023年12月1日起,新版《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》正式实施,为了便于检验检测机构开展工作,技术评审方式从以往单一的线下审核扩充为:一般程序审查和告知承诺两种方式。但由于告知承诺制度取证后依旧需要现场核查人员到实地现场确认机构能力,处罚风险较大,所以多数机构依旧采用一般程序开展技术审查。本文对新准则的条款进行了逐一梳理,并按时间先后顺序对开展检验检测机构资质认定技术评审审查的全过程进行了整体描述,便于有需求的检验检测机构快速、高效的通过评审工作,助力检验检测工作的开展。The new version of the Qualification Accreditation and Review Criteria for Inspection and Testing Institutions was officially implemented on December 1,2023.In order to facilitate the work of inspection and testing institutions,the technical review method has been expanded from the previous single offl ine review to two methods:general procedural review and notification of commitment.Due to the fact that on-site verification personnel are still required to confirm the institutional capabilities on site after obtaining evidence through the commitment system,there is a high risk of punishment.Therefore,most institutions still use general procedures to conduct technical reviews.This article sorts out the provisions of the new standards one by one,and provides an overall description of the entire process of conducting technical review of qualification certification for inspection and testing institutions in chronological order,to assist inspection and testing institutions in need to pass the review work quickly and efficiently,and facilitate the development of inspection and testing work.
