摘　　要：在机械天平的实际操作过程中,天平的灵敏度对测量结果有着一定的影响。天平的空载和全载灵敏度在实际使用中出现不一致的现象时,就必须对天平的灵敏度进行调修。本文主要分析了影响天平灵敏度的三大因素,并对天平灵敏度出现过高、过底、吃线、离线等问题时应该如何调修进行了详细阐述。通过调修使得天平的灵敏度符合规定要求,以确保该天平的测量数据准确可靠。In the actual operation of mechanical balance,the sensitivity of the balance has a certain impact on the measurement results.It is necessary to adjust the sensitivity of the balance when the sensitivity of the balance is different under no-load and full-load conditions.In this paper,three factors affecting the sensitivity of balance are analyzed,and how to adjust and repair the balance when the sensitivity is too high,too low,line-taking or off-line is discussed in detail.The sensitivity of the balance is adjusted to meet the requirements to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the balance.
