摘　　要：目的:了解蚌埠地区孕晚期孕妇生化指标的变化情况,同时分析孕晚期孕妇血清中的生化指标标准化检测结果在怀孕期间的变化情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年7月在蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院妇产科住院正常妊娠监督的晚期孕妇作为观察组,选取20例同期至体检中心体检的非孕女性作为对照组;测定血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)。比较观察组与对照组之间各生化指标标准化检测结果的差异。结果:观察组ALP值显著高于同年龄正常参考范围,而观察组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)显著低于正常对照组,且差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕晚期孕妇血清中生化指标标准化检测结果与非妊娠育龄期妇女比较有显著性差异,应对这种变化予以高度重视,并结合临床判断,以指导孕期保健工作。Objective:To investigate the changes of biochemical indexes in late-stage pregnant women in Bengbu,and to analyze the changes of standardized test results of biochemical indexes in serum of late-stage pregnant women,and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods:From January 2023 to July 2024,late-stage pregnant women hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University under normal pregnancy supervision were selected as the observation group,and 20 non-pregnant women who went to the physical examination center during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),urea(UREA)and creatinine(CREA)were determined.The differences of standardized detection results of biochemical indexes between the observation group and the control group were compared.Results:The ALP value of observation group was significantly higher than the normal reference range of the same age,while the total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),urea(UREA)and creatinine(CREA)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences between the standardized test results of serum biochemical indicators in late-stage pregnant women and non-pregnant women of childbearing age.We should pay great attention to this change,and combine clinical judgment to guide the health care work during pregnancy.
