规范化心肺复苏护理在急诊猝死患者护理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究临床救治急诊猝死患者过程中,采用规范化心肺复苏护理的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月云南省滇南中心医院急诊科猝死患者80例,以计算机表法分组,对照组、研究组患者各40例,对照组实施常规急救护理,研究组实施规范化心肺复苏护理,分析收缩压水平、血氧饱和度、抢救成功率、急救时间。结果:研究组患者收缩压水平比对照组收缩压水平高,P<0.05;研究组患者血氧饱和度比对照组血氧饱和度高,P<0.05;研究组抢救成功率(75.00%)比对照组抢救成功率(50.00%)高,P<0.05;研究组患者急救时间(9.24±1.35)min比对照组急救时间(15.26±2.54)min短,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:临床使用规范化心肺复苏护理在急诊猝死患者中效果显著,能提高患者生存率,改善患者收缩压水平、血氧饱和度,保障患者生命安全,值得临床使用。Objective:To explore the application value of standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing in the treatment of sudden death patients in emergency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sudden death in the Emergency Department of Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the study group.The control group received routine emergency nursing and the study group received standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing.Systolic blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,rescue success rate and first aid time were analyzed.Results:The systolic blood pressure of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The blood oxygen saturation of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The rescue success rate of the study group(75.00%)was higher than that of the control group(50.00%),P<0.05;The fi rst aid time of the study group〔(9.24±1.35)min〕was shorter than that of the control group〔(15.26±2.54)min〕,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing is effective in emergency sudden death patients,which can improve the survival rate of patients,improve the level of systolic blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation,and ensure the life safety of patients,and is worthy of clinical use.
