保妇康栓与人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者采用保妇康栓和人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片的标准化治疗方式及效果。方法:选择2020年1月至2023年5月礼县第一人民医院收治的100例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者作为案例。利用随机数表法,将患者随机分为两组。对照组单纯应用人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上结合应用保妇康栓。对比两组患者的疗效、症状改善时间和用药安全性。结果:实验组疗效高于对照组,P﹤0.05。实验组创面愈合时间、阴道出血时间以及阴道排液时间均低于对照组,P﹤0.05。两组患者用药期间均无严重不良反应,无对比数据,P﹥0.05。结论:保妇康栓与人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片结合用于慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的疗效显著,有利于控制疾病症状,用药效果突出且安全,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the standardized treatment of Baofukang suppository and human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablet for patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.Methods:100 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Li County from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the experimental group was treated with baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,symptom improvement time and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Wound healing time,vaginal bleeding time and vaginal drainage time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions(P﹥0.05)in the two groups.Conclusion:Baofukang suppository combined with human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablet for chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection has significant efficacy,which is beneficial to control disease symptoms with outstanding and safe drug effect,and is worthy of promotion.
