腹针联合归脾汤治疗非器质性失眠症随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨非器质性失眠症患者应用基于“从阴引阳”理论下的腹针联合归脾汤治疗效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年7月东莞市谢岗医院收治的非器质性失眠症患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予阿普唑仑片口服治疗,观察组给予腹针联合归脾汤治疗,对比2组睡眠效率值、疾病疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),并记录不良反应情况。结果:总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);睡眠PSQI指数观察组治疗后优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组睡眠效率值优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非器质性失眠症患者开展基于“从阴引阳”理论下的腹针联合归脾汤治疗效果确切,利于改善患者睡眠。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with Guipi decoction based on the theory of‘from yin to yang’in patients with non-organic insomnia.Methods:This study selected 120 patients with non-organic insomnia admitted to Dongguan Xiegang Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 for observation.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group consisted of 60 patients treated with alprazolam tablets orally,and the observation group consisted of 60 patients treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with Guipi Tang.The sleep efficiency,disease efficacy,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep PSQI index of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep efficiency value of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with Guipi decoction based on the theory of‘from yin to yang’is effective in the treatment of patients with non-organic insomnia,which is beneficial to the sleep of patients.
