摘　　要：目的:分析针对性干预对更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者睡眠质量的影响效果。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年7月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院妇科收治的更年期功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予针对性护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对更年期DUB患者实施针对性干预的疗效显著,有利于缓解患者负面心理状态,并可改善睡眠质量,进一步改善整体预后水平,有较高的临床借鉴价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted intervention on sleep quality in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopause.Methods:A total of 70 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB)admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between the two groups,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted intervention for menopausal DUB patients has significant curative effect,which is conducive to relieving the negative psychological state of patients,improving sleep quality and further improving the overall prognosis,which has high clinical reference value.
