扁平化责任制护理模式对下肢骨折手术患儿功能锻炼依从性及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨扁平化责任制护理模式对下肢骨折手术患儿的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年10月厦门大学附属第一医院小儿外科实施手术治疗的下肢骨折患儿98例作为研究对象,按照随机投掷法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合扁平化责任制护理。比较2组功能锻炼依从性、睡眠质量[儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)中文版]、护理满意度。结果:护理4周后,观察组功能锻炼依从性、护理满意度评分均较对照组高,CSHQ评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:下肢骨折手术患儿采用扁平化责任制护理模式效果突出,不仅能有效提高患儿功能锻炼依从性,还能改善其睡眠质量,且整体护理满意度明显提高。Objective:To explore the effect of flat responsibility nursing model on children with lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:Ninety-eight children with lower extremity fracture who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random throwing method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group combined with flat responsibility nursing on the basis of the control group.Functional exercise compliance,sleep quality[Chinese version of Children′s Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of nursing,the scores of functional exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CSHQ scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flat responsibility nursing model is effective in children with lower limb fracture surgery,which can not only effectively improve the compliance of functional exercise,but also improve the sleep quality of children,and the overall nursing satisfaction is significantly improved.
