稳定性训练联合疼痛护理在髋关节置换术后患者康复及睡眠改善中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探究在对髋关节置换术患者护理过程中开展稳定性训练联合疼痛护理对患者关节功能恢复以及睡眠质量改善的作用。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年10月泰宁县总医院外一科收治的髋关节置换术患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组在术后恢复期间开展常规护理支持,观察组实施稳定性训练联合疼痛护理。比较2组患者疼痛程度、关节功能评分以及睡眠质量等。结果:观察组术后VAS水平、初次负重活动时间、淤血消退时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后PSQI量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对髋关节置换术患者术后护理过程中实施稳定性训练联合疼痛护理,可以降低患者术后疼痛程度,帮助其关节功能得到恢复,并提升其睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of stability training combined with pain management in the nursing process of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery on joint function recovery and sleep quality improvement.Methods:A total of 88 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(44 cases,receiving routine nursing support during postoperative recovery)and an observation group(44 cases,receiving stability training combined with pain care)using an Excel table for grouping.Compare the pain level,joint function scores,and sleep quality between two groups of children.Results:Showed that the observation group had lower postoperative VAS levels,initial weight-bearing activity time,and stasis resolution time compared to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing stability training combined with pain care in the postoperative care process of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,help patients recover joint function,improve sleep quality,reduce the incidence of complications.
