分级干预对肺癌肺叶切除术后睡眠障碍患者睡眠和生命质量效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析肺癌肺叶切除术后睡眠障碍患者分级干预效果。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肺癌接受肺叶切除术治疗的睡眠障碍患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理实施基础上予以分级干预。对比干预前后睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、失眠严重程度自测(ISI)评分、症状改善时间、36条目简明健康量表(SF-36)评分。结果:干预后2组SRSS、ISI评分低于干预前,观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组入睡困难、易醒、多梦改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2组SF-36-生理功能、精神、社会、总体健康等4个维度评分高于干预前,观察组分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予肺叶切除术后合并睡眠障碍的患者分级干预可显著改善其睡眠质量,提升其术后生命质量,值得应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of graded intervention for sleep disorders in patients after lobectomy for lung cancer.Methods:Patients(100 patients)treated by lobectomy from June 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study;50 patients were included in the control group;another 50 patients were included in the observation group and received graded intervention on the basis of routine nursing implementation.The Self-rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS),self-test of insomnia severity(ISI),and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were compared.Results:After intervention,the SRSS and ISI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the SF-36-physiological function,mental,social and overall health were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The graded intervention for patients with sleep disorders after lobectomy can significantly improve their sleep quality and improve their postoperative quality of life.
