论中国外交中的正确义利观

摘　　要：正确义利观是中国特色大国外交的重要理念。它对义与利之间的关系进行了辩证的阐述,集中表达了中国外交道义优先、义利兼顾的义利观和公平正义、互利共赢的发展观。正确义利观建立在中国传统儒家义利观的基础之上,集中体现了中国以义为先的价值取向、天下大同的理想追求、义利相兼的实践作风。正确义利观在理论上有利于推动中华优秀传统文化在外交工作中的“两创”发展,有助于拓展马克思主义国际关系理论;在实践上有利于驳斥西方的丑化抹黑、展示新时代中国的大国风范,有助于打破旧的国际秩序、建立公平正义的全球治理机制,有助于强调中国的身份和立场、深化同发展中国家及邻国的交流合作。The correct concept of justice and benefit is an important concept of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.It dialectically expounds the relationship between justice and benefit,and focuses on China’s view of giving priority to justice and taking into account both justice and benefit,as well as the view of fair,justice and mutually beneficial and win-win development.The correct view of justice and benefit is based on the traditional Confucian view of justice and benefit,which embodies the Chinese value orientation of putting justice first,the ideal pursuit of all Datong,and the practice style of combining justice and benefit.In theory,the correct concept of justice and benefit is helpful to promote the development of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the diplomatic work and to expand the Marxist theory of international relations In practice,it is conducive to refuting the vilification and slander of the west,displaying China’s great-power demeanor in the new era,breaking the old international order,establishing a fair and just global governance mechanism,and emphasizing China’s identity and position,to deepen exchanges and cooperation with developing countries and neighbouring countries.
