控制感对大学生主观幸福感的影响:生命意义感的中介作用

摘　　要：提升主观幸福感是大学生心理健康教育的重要内容,也是实现人的全面发展的重要体现。本文基于某高校633名大学生的调研数据,采用生命意义感量表、控制感量表和主观幸福感量表探究控制感对大学生主观幸福感的影响及生命意义感在二者之间的中介作用。结果发现:(1)控制感、主观幸福感和生命意义感之间均呈显著正相关;(2)生命意义感在控制感和主观幸福感中起部分中介作用;(3)控制感既可以直接正向预测主观幸福感水平,还可以通过生命意义感的中介作用间接影响主观幸福感。Improving subjective well-being is an important part of college students’mental health education,and is also an important embodiment of realizing people’s all-round development.Based on the survey data of 633 college students in a university,this paper uses the sense of life meaning scale,sense of control scale and subjective well-being scale to explore the impact of sense of control on college students’subjective well-being and the mediating role of sense of life meaning between them.The results showed that:(1)the sense of control,subjective well-being and sense of meaning of life are significantly positively correlated;(2)the sense of meaning of life partially mediates the sense of control and subjective well-being;(3)the sense of control can not only directly predict the level of subjective well-being,but also indirectly affect subjective well-being through the mediating role of sense of life meaning.
