农村社区养老机构建设路径研究

摘　　要：目前我国大多数农村老年人选择居家养老模式,但在家庭人口、结构、生活方式已经变化的情况下,农村家庭养老功能逐渐弱化,农村老年人养老面临诸多问题。农村社区养老机构是健全县乡村衔接的三级养老服务网络的关键环节,是发展乡村普惠型养老服务和互助性养老的重要平台。今后我们必须响应国家提出的居家社区养老相结合的倡议,从供给侧着手改革养老结构,加快建设农村社区养老机构,为农村老年人群体提供新的养老选择。At present,most of the elderly people in our country choose the mode of home-based care for the aged.The function of home-based care for the aged in rural areas is gradually weakened under the condition of the changes of family population,structure and life style,the elderly in rural areas face many problems.Village Homes for the aged is the key link to improve the three-level network of rural-rural pension services,is an important platform for the development of inclusive rural pension services and mutual assistance for the elderly.In the future,we must respond to the initiative of combining home-based and community-based old-age care,reform the old-age care structure from the supply side,accelerate the construction of rural community-based old-age care institutions,and establish village homes for the aged,it is the key way to solve the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas to realize the connection of mutual assistance and providing a new choice for the aged in rural areas.
