摘 要:为筛选绿色、环保、安全的植物源杀虫剂,测试了14种植物精油对印度谷螟幼虫的熏蒸活性,其中以蓝桉叶油效果最佳,熏蒸24、48、72 h的校正死亡率分别为84.45%、89.54%、96.15%,显著高于其他精油。随着熏蒸时间的延长,蓝桉叶油对印度谷螟的致死中浓度(LC 50)值逐渐降低,熏蒸12 h时LC 50值为55.16μL/L,熏蒸72 h时降为38.20μL/L。采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对蓝桉叶油的主要组分进行分析,共从中鉴定出13种组分,其中1,8-桉叶素的相对质量分数最高,达到了52.61%,为蓝桉叶油的主要成分。进一步测试了1,8-桉叶素对印度谷螟幼虫的熏蒸毒力,熏蒸12、24、36、48、60、72 h的LC 50值分别为37.95、34.55、30.73、28.15、25.31、21.82μL/L,不同熏蒸时段1,8-桉叶素的LC 50值均低于相应时段蓝桉叶油的LC 50值,与蓝桉叶油相比,1,8-桉叶素对印度谷螟幼虫具有更强的熏蒸作用。本研究表明蓝桉叶油及其主要成分1,8-桉叶素对印度谷螟幼虫均具有较好的熏蒸活性。In order to screen environmentally friendly and safe plant-derived insecticides,the fumigation effects of 14 kinds of essential oils against the larvae of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)were studied.The results indicated that the effect of Eucalyptus globules oil was better than that of the other essential oils.The corrected mortality rate reached 84.45%,89.54%,96.15%under the 24,48,72 h exposure.The results of fumigation toxicity of Eucalyptus globules oil against larvae revealed as follows:with the extension of exposure time,the fumigation effect enhanced significantly.When fumigation time increased from 12 h to 72 h,the LC 50 decreased from 55.16μL/L to 38.20μL/L.Then 13 kinds of ingredients from Eucalyptus globules oil were found by GC-MS,the main component was 1,8-Cineole,and the relative content was 52.61%.The fumigation toxicity of 1,8-Cineole against larvae was studied.After 12,24,36,48,60,72 h fumigation treatment,the LC 50 were 37.95,34.55,30.73,28.15,25.31,21.82μL/L.The LC 50 of 1,8-Cineole was lower than that of Eucalyptus globules oil.The fumigation effects of 1,8-Cineole against Plodia interpunctella larvae was stronger than that of Eucalyptus globules oil.The results of this study indicated that Eucalyptus globules oil and 1,8-Cineole have good fumigation activity against Plodia interpunctella larvae.
