摘 要:在定向、水平井套变中修复处理通径的难点在于:井眼曲率变化大、井眼小、易出新井眼、修复工具选择困难、处理管柱结构复杂、处理参数不易控制。本文根据套变类型,从套变形态诊断、修复工具选择、修复管柱优化、修复方案制订等几个方面进行分析,总结出定向水平井套变的修复处理技术,成功修复了WY26-5HF井、WY26-4HF井的井筒通径,为今后的定向、水平井套变的通径修复施工积累了经验。The challenges in restoring borehole diameter after casing deformation in Directional and horizontal wells include large borehole curvature changes,small boreholediameter,high possibility of creating new boreholes,difficulties in selecting restoration tools,complex treatment string structures,and difficulty in controlling treatment parameters.This paper analyzes the borehole diameter restoration technology for casing deformation in directional and horizontal wells based on the types of casing deformation.From the aspects of diagnosing casing deformation forms,selecting restoration tools,optimizing restoration strings tructures,and formulating restoration plans,we summarize the corresponding restoration techniques.This technology has been successfully applied to restore the borehole diameter of wells WY26-5HF and WY26-4HF,accumulating valuable experience for future borehole diameter restorations in directional and horizontal wells with casing deformation.
