摘  要:本文针对某型舰炮在执行任务过程中出现的综合控制系统无法遥控加电故障,分析了控制系统与舰炮装置之间的电路原理,厘清了不同功能电路之间的信号控制关系,运用故障树分析法形成故障点定位方案,结合实践工作经验提出应急处置方法,以期指导操作手迅速完成对该类故障的应急处置,确保设备及时恢复正常状态。In response to the malfunction of the comprehensive control system being unable to remotely power on a certain type of naval gun during mission execution,this paper analyzes the circuit principle between the control system and the naval gun device,clarifies the signal control relationship between different functional circuits,uses fault tree analysis to form a fault point positioning plan,and proposes emergency response methods based on practical work experience,in order to guide operators to quickly complete emergency response to such faults,Ensure that the equipment returns to normal status in a timely manner.
