摘 要:本文以多孔填料滑油通风器为研究对象,对多孔填料滑油通风器进行仿真建模求解流场,运用DPM模型计算油滴颗粒穿透率,建立了一套多孔填料滑油通风器分离特性的数值研究方法。在此基础上,分析了油滴粒径、转速、流量、孔隙率对通风器分离特性的影响。结果表明,多孔填料滑油通风器对小粒径液滴具有很好的分离效果;转速的增大、孔隙率的减小可以明显提高分离效率;通风量增大,分离效率降低。Taking the porous packing oil ventilator as the research object,the porous oil ventilator is simulated to solve the flow field,and the DPM model is used to calculate the penetration rate of oil droplets.A set of numerical research methods for the separation characteristics of porous packing oil ventilator is established.On the basis,the effects of oil droplet,rotating speed,flow rate and porosity on the separation characteristics of the ventilator are analyzed.The results show that the porous oil ventilator has a good separation effect on small particle size droplets;The increase of rotating speed and the decrease of porosity can obviously improve the separation efficiency of porous oil ventilator;The separation efficiency decreases with the increase of ventilation.
