摘　　要：在现代化社会建设背景下,政府信息化项目的数量持续增多。为了最大化实现信息化项目的效益,必须以项目全过程管理实施为前提。本文以浦东新区陆家嘴金融城停车引导系统优化工程代建管理项目为例,阐明了信息化项目管理存在的难点,并在此基础上阐述了政府信息化项目全过程管理方法。In the context of the construction of a modern society,the number of government informatization projects continues to increase.In order to maximize the benefits of the informatization project,it is necessary to take the whole process management and implementation of the project as the premise.This paper takes the agency construction management project of the parking guidance system optimization project of Lujiazui Financial City in Pudong New Area as an example,clarifies the difficulties in the management of informatization project,and expounds the whole-process management method of government informatization project on this basis.
