摘  要:为了解决中煤华晋集团有限公司王家岭选煤厂(以下简称“王家岭选煤厂”)现有选煤过程效率低、煤炭资源浪费等问题,结合王家岭选煤厂实际生产现状,研究了一种基于激光选煤法的智能化选煤技术。通过激光检测装置分析计算原煤入料灰度值,将精煤与矸石进行精确识别,由PLC系统控制气压分离装置实现物理分离,对煤矸石进行智能循环分选。通过在王家岭选煤厂进行30 d的工程试验表明,与传统选煤技术相比,应用智能选煤技术不仅选煤效率提高了18.3%,而且节约了20.38%的煤炭资源,同时减少了人工投入21人次,综合考虑建厂成本直接创造84元/t的净利润,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。In order to solve the problems of low coal preparation efficiency and coal resource waste in the existing coal preparation process in Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant of China Coal Huajin Group Co.,Ltd.,combined with the actual production status of Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant,an intelligent coal preparation technology based on laser coal preparation method was studied.Using a laser detection device to analyze and calculate the gray value of raw coal,precise identification of clean coal and gangue was achieved,and physical separation of clean coal and gangue was achieved by a PLC system controls air pressure separation device,the intelligent cyclic coal preparation was carried out.The 30-day engineering test conducted at Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant showed that compared with traditional coal preparation technology,the application of intelligent coal preparation technology not only improved coal preparation efficiency by 18.3%,but also saved 20.38%of coal resources and reduced labor input by 21 people.Taking into account the overall construction cost,it directly created a net profit of 84 yuan per ton and achieved good social and economic benefits.
