气管插管麻醉与喉罩全麻在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术麻醉中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:评估气管插管麻醉、喉罩全麻在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月徐州市贾汪区人民医院接受腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠患者90例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用气管插管麻醉方案,观察组采用喉罩全麻方案。对比两组血流动力学、麻醉效果以及不良反应。结果:与对照组相比,观察组麻醉后不同时间段的血流动力学相关指标均较佳,麻醉效果较优,且不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:与气管插管麻醉相比,采用喉罩全麻麻醉方案的异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者麻醉后的血流动力学水平较优,术后不良反应较少,安全性较高,麻醉效果显著。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of tracheal intubation anesthesia and laryngeal mask general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery at the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group adopted tracheal intubation anesthesia scheme,while the observation group adopted laryngeal mask general anesthesia scheme.The hemodynamics,anesthesia effect,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better hemodynamic indexes at different time periods after anesthesia,better anesthesia effect,and lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with tracheal intubation anesthesia,the laryngeal mask general anesthesia scheme in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy achieves better hemodynamic level,induces fewer postoperative adverse reactions,and has a higher safety and remarkable anesthesia effect.
