摘　　要：目的:分析针刺调理气虚痰湿体质单纯性肥胖症的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年11月北京市丰台区王佐镇社区卫生服务中心中医科收治的气虚痰湿体质单纯性肥胖症患者70例作为研究对象,采用电脑抽号法分为研究组和常规组,各35例。研究组给予针刺治疗,常规组给予穴位埋线治疗。比较两组患者相关指征、有效率、满意度、血脂变化。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的腹腔内脂肪体积、总脂肪体积、体质量、腹围、胸围、体质量指数、甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率、总满意度、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为气虚痰湿体质单纯性肥胖症患者进行治疗的过程中,应用针刺治疗有利于控制患者的血脂水平,降低患者的各项指征,提高患者的满意度,临床效果确切,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture on regulating simple obesity caused by Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.Methods:A total of seventy patients with simple obesity with Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness constitution who were treated in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing Fengtai District Wangzuo Community Health Service Center from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into study group and routine group with thirty-five cases each.The study group was given acupuncture treatment,and the routine group was given acupoint embedding treatment.The relevant indications,effective rate,satisfaction and lipid changes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the intraperitoneal fat volume,total fat volume,body mass,abdominal circumference,chest circumference,body mass index,triglyceride,serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate,total satisfaction and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating simple obesity patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness constitution,the application of acupuncture treatment is conducive to controlling the blood lipid level of patients,reducing various indications of patients,and improving the satisfaction of patients.The clinical effect is exact,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
