巨刺法合针刺运动疗法治疗脑卒中恢复期运动障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨巨刺法合针刺运动疗法治疗脑卒中恢复期运动障碍的临床疗效。方法:收集2022年4月—2023年9月在吉林省松原市中医院住院的中风康复期患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组患者给予常规针刺治疗,治疗组先行巨刺法合针刺运动疗法再行常规针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者日常生活活动能力、运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分明显升高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后上肢、下肢Brunnstrom评定优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:巨刺法合针刺运动疗法能促进神经功能恢复,缓解肌肉痉挛和僵硬,从而恢复脑卒中患者运动功能,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of opposing needling therapy combined with acupuncture exercise therapy in the treatment of movement disorder in convalescent period of stroke.Methods:A total of 90 patients in convalescent period of stroke who were hospitalized in Songyuan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jilin Province from April 2022 to September 2023 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 patients in each group.Control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group received opposing needling therapy combined with acupuncture exercise therapy,followed by conventional acupuncture treatment.Results:After treatment,the activity of daily living and motor function Fugl-Meyer scores in two groups were significantly increased,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Brunnstrom stages of upper limb and lower limb in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Opposing needling therapy combined with acupuncture exercise therapy can promote the recovery of neurological function,relieve muscle spasm and stiffness,so as to restore the motor function of patients in convalescent period of stroke,and improve the quality of life,with significant clinical efficacy.This therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
