CICARE沟通模式应用于儿童输液护患沟通中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究CICARE沟通模式在儿童输液护患沟通中的临床效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年8月江南大学附属儿童医院收治的患儿164例作为研究对象,根据其入院时间分为对照组和观察组,各82例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施CICARE沟通模式。比较两组穿刺疼痛程度、一次穿刺成功率、哭闹率、输液不良反应发生率、护患纠纷事件发生率、家长心理压力评分。结果:干预后,观察组Wong-Baker评分[(3.20±0.76)分]低于对照组[(6.34±1.31)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,哭闹率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组输液不良反应发生率、护患纠纷事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿家长知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿家长CPSS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用CICARE沟通模式可有效缓解输液患儿穿刺疼痛程度,提升一次穿刺成功率,降低哭闹率、输液不良反应及护患纠纷事件发生率,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of CICARE communication mode in nurse-patient communication of children infusion.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty-four children admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to their admission time,with eighty-two cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given CICARE communication mode based on the control group.The degree of puncture pain,the success rate of one puncture,the crying rate,the incidence of infusion adverse reactions,the incidence of nurse patient disputes and the score of parents'psychological stress were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Wong-Baker score of the observation group[(3.20±0.76)points]was lower than that of the control group[(6.34±1.31)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the success rate of puncture in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the crying rate was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before intervention,there was no significant difference in parents'perceived psychological stress scale(CPSS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the CPSS score of parents in the two groups was lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CICARE communication mode can effectively relieve the puncture pain of infusion children,improve the success rate of one puncture,and reduce the crying rate,adverse reactions of infusion and the incide
