摘 要:目的:分析早教新型护理模式在新生儿护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月泰安市妇幼保健院接收的106例新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=53,实施常规护理)和观察组(n=53,实施早教新型护理)。比较两组新生儿家长护理知识掌握度,两组新生儿体格发育、神经发育、运动功能和智力发育情况。结果:观察组新生儿家长护理知识掌握度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿出生时的体格发育、神经发育、运动功能和智力发育情况无明显差异(P>0.05);出生3个月后,观察组新生儿的体格发育、神经发育、运动功能和智力发育情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早教新型护理模式能够显著提升新生儿家长的护理知识掌握程度,促进新生儿体格生长、神经、运动及智力发育水平。Objective:To analyze the application value of new nursing model of early education in neonatal nursing.Methods:A total of one hundred and six newborns received in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=53,receiving routine nursing)and observation group(n=53,receiving new early education nursing).The mastery of parental nursing knowledge,physical development,neurological development,motor function and intellectual development of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of nursing knowledge mastery of newborn parents in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in physical development,neurological development,motor function and intellectual development between the two groups at birth(P>0.05);after 3 months of birth,the physical development,neurological development,motor function and intellectual development of newborns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new nursing model of early education can significantly improve the nursing knowledge of newborn parents and promote the physical growth,nerve,motor and intellectual development of newborns.
