手术室护理配合在婴幼儿患儿心脏直视手术中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究婴幼儿患儿心脏直视手术中应用手术室护理配合的效果。方法:选择2020年7月—2022年7月泰安市妇幼保健院收治行心脏直视手术的婴幼儿患儿60例作为研究对象,以电脑随机形式分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。其中对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施手术室护理配合模式,两组均连续随访3个月。比较两组患儿临床相关指标、肺功能、瘢痕及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患儿手术室停留时间、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断耗时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后肺动脉压力、气道阻力、静态肺顺应性、血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、激活全血凝固时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后瘢痕评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对婴幼儿患儿心脏直视手术中应用护理配合效果显著,其能够改善患儿临床相关指标,降低术后并发症发生率,预后良好。Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing cooperation in open heart surgery for infants and young children.Methods:A total of sixty infants and toddlers who underwent open heart surgery in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by computer.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group received operating room nursing mode.Both groups were followed up for 3 months.The clinical indexes,lung function,scar and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Operation room stay time,cardiopulmonary bypass time and aortic occlusion time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);pulmonary artery pressure,airway resistance,static lung compliance,platelet count,prothrombin time and activated whole blood clotting time in observation group were better than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05);the scar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing cooperation in open heart surgery for infants and young children has remarkable effects,which can improve the clinical indicators of children,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and have a good prognosis.
