摘 要:目的:分析全程质量控制联合层级管理模式在消毒供应中心中的应用效果。方法:泰安市妇幼保健院消毒供应中心2021年1月—2022年2月实施常规管理模式,2022年3月—2023年4月实施全程质量控制联合层级管理模式。对比实施前后的消毒供应中心工作人员考核成绩、工作质量评分,并统计不同阶段的医疗器械处理合格率、医院感染发生率。结果:全程质量控制联合层级管理模式实施后消毒供应中心工作人员的理论知识考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩均高于实施前(P<0.05);全程质量控制联合层级管理模式实施后消毒供应中心工作人员的各项工作质量评分高于实施前(P<0.05);全程质量控制联合层级管理模式实施后器械处理合格率高于实施前(P<0.05);全程质量控制联合层级管理模式实施后由医疗器械引发的医院感染发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:全程质量控制联合层级管理模式能够显著提升消毒供应中心的管理质量,提升工作人员的专业素质和工作质量,提高医疗器械处理合格率,减少医院感染,应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of the whole-process quality control combined level management mode in the disinfection supply center.Methods:Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital Disinfection Supply Center from January 2021 to February 2022 implemented the conventional management mode,March 2022 to April 2023 implemented the whole-quality control combined level management mode.The assessment results and work quality scores of the staff of the disinfection supply center were compared before and after the implementation,and the qualified rate of medical device handling and the incidence of nosocomial infection were calculated at different stages.Results:After the implementation of the whole-process quality control combined level management mode,the assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the staff of the disinfection supply center were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05);after the implementation of the whole process quality control combined level management mode,the quality scores of the disinfection supply center staff were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05);after the implementation of the whole-process quality control combined level management mode,the qualified rate of device treatment was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05);the incidence of nosocomial infection caused by medical devices after the implementation of whole-process quality control combined level management mode was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process quality control combined level management mode can significantly improve the management quality of the disinfection supply center,improve the professional quality and work quality of the staff,improve the qualified rate of medical device handling,reduce hospital infection,and have high application value.
