摘 要:我国基层医疗卫生工作取得较大进展,但是仍然缺乏能长期扎根基层的一支稳定、专业的人才队伍。与城市相比,基层仍然存在人才数量不足、专业素质有待提高、稳定性不够等问题。该文利用卫生健康统计年鉴数据,通过对基层医疗卫生人员基本情况、学历、职称、薪酬待遇等方面进行描述性分析,旨在了解我国基层卫生人才队伍的现状与问题,为国家制定政策提供相关建议,以推动基层医疗卫生人才队伍建设,促进城乡区域协调发展,不断提升基层医疗卫生机构服务能力。China's grassroots medical and health work has made great progress,but it still lacks a stable and professional talent team that can take root in the grassroots for a long time.Compared with the city,there are still problems such as insufficient number of talents,professional quality to be improved,and insufficient stability at the grass-roots level.Based on the data of the health statistics yearbook,this paper made a descriptive analysis of the basic situation,educational background,professional title,salary and other aspects of the primary health care personnel in order to understand the current situation and problems of the primary health care personnel in China.This paper provided relevant suggestions for the state to formulate policies to promote the construction of grassroots medical and health personnel,promoted the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and constantly improved the service capacity of grassroots medical and health institutions.
