摘　　要：大学治理离不开国家治理和全球治理的政治环境,三者具有逻辑价值的统一性和连贯性。面对国家意识形态安全的风险、关键领域发展受阻、国际上中国话语的价值遮蔽等困境,我国大学治理能力的提升需要将国家治理、我国参与全球治理的需求和目标纳入考量,以文化为切入点,以“中国式”为落脚点。充分挖掘中国优秀传统文化,形塑兼具本土化和现代化的治理理论,打造积极的大学组织文化;开拓原创性研究成果,以“知识-人才-传播”为路径,形成具有国际影响力的中国文化符号。The governance of universities is inseparable from the political environment of national governance and global governance,and the three share unity and coherence in logical value.Faced with challenges such as the lack of localized theories of university governance,risks to national ideological security,obstacles to development in key areas,and the overshadowing of China's discourse value internationally,the enhancement of governance capacity in Chinese universities requires consideration of the needs and goals of national governance and China's participation in global governance with cultural factors as the entry point and a focus on the“Chinese style”.By fully exploring China's excellent traditional culture,shaping governance theories that combine localization and modernization,and creating a positive organizational culture in universities,this paper generates original research outcomes and establishes a path of“knowledge-talent-communication”,ultimately forming Chinese cultural symbols with international influence.
