摘  要:《石油化工分散控制系统设计规范》中电磁兼容性要求DCS设备工作时不会对其他设备产生不良的电磁干扰,也不会对外界的电磁干扰过度敏感。介绍了电磁兼容性相关概念,梳理了在电磁环境中,DCS电气设备的电磁发射要求和抗扰度要求,提出了DCS电磁防护措施,通过总结石油化工装置控制系统电磁兼容性设计要点,为DCS工程设计中电磁兼容性的设计和应用提供借鉴。The electromagnetic compatibility of Design specification for distributed control system in petrochemical industry requires that DCS equipment does not cause negative electromagnetic interference in other equipment,nor will it be excessively sensitive to external electromagnetic interference.The relative concept of electromagnetic compatibility is introduced,and the electromagnetic emission requirements and anti-interference requirements of electric equipments of DCS are sorted out,the electromagnetic protection measures of DCS are put forward.Through summarizing the electromagnetic compatibility design key points of control system in the petrochemical installation,reference for design and application of electromagnetic compatibility in DCS engineering design is given.
