摘　　要：随着糖尿病患者日益增多,围手术期血糖异常患者也随之增多。围手术期血糖控制不佳会带来术后并发症增加、住院时间延长等风险。动态血糖监测系统能够更全面地反映围手术期整体血糖情况,预警或提示血糖不良事件的发生,为围手术期血糖控制方案的制定提供可靠依据。本文从围手术期高血糖、不同类型动态血糖监测系统、动态血糖监测系统在围手术期血糖管理中应用方式及对其指导作用等方面作一综述,旨在为围手术期血糖管理合理使用动态血糖监测系统提供参考。With the increasing number of diabetic patients,the number of patients with abnormal blood glucose during perioperative period is also increasing.Poor perioperative blood glucose control will bring risks such as increased postoperative complications and prolonged hospital stay.The continuous glucose monitoring system can more comprehensively reflect the overall blood glucose situation during the perioperative period,warn or prompt the occurrence of adverse events of blood glucose,and provide a reliable basis for the formulation of perioperative blood glucose control plan.This article from the perioperative hyperglycemia,different types of continuous glucose monitoring system,continuous glucose monitoring system in the perioperative blood glucose management application,guidance and other aspects to do a review,the aim is to provide reference for the rational use of continuous glucose monitoring system in perioperative blood glucose management.
