摘 要:免疫检验是临床检查与医疗服务中非常重要的工作内容,传统的免疫检验各环节均由人工操作,检验人员根据检验项目利用不同的检验原理采取半定量或定量方式完成检验过程并得到结果。但这样的免疫检验操作存在精准性不足等问题,可能会影响诊断结果与治疗决策,延误患者治疗进度。现代医学研究人员将免疫检验与自动化技术、设备结合起来,通过计算机、控制设备、软件等替代人工,进一步提升了免疫检验结果的精准度,能够为临床诊断与治疗提供更多信息。本文介绍临床免疫检验自动化的概念与进展,分析临床免疫检验自动化技术的应用进展。Immunization test is a very important part of clinical examination and medical service,the traditional immunization test is operated manually,and the inspectors use different test principles to complete the test process and get the results in a semiquantitative or quantitative way according to the test items.However,such immunoassay operations have lack of precision and other problems,may affect the diagnostic results and treatment decisions,delaying the progress of patient treatment.Modern medical researchers combine immunoassay with automation technology and equipment,replacing manual labor with computers,control equipment,software,etc,which further improves the accuracy of immunoassay results and can provide more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,we will introduce the concept and progress of clinical immunity test automation and analyze the progress of the application of clinical immunity test automation technology for reference.
