消食药在肿瘤治疗中的运用规律

摘　　要：中医认为脏腑气血亏虚、痰瘀毒邪互结是肿瘤发病中的重要因素。消食药健运中焦、疏肝理气、祛痰逐瘀等功效与肿瘤正虚邪实的核心病机高度契合,在肿瘤治疗中发挥着独特作用,现代药理学研究表明此类药物可以通过调节肠道菌群、抑制炎症介质表达、抑制血管生成、诱导细胞凋亡等抗肿瘤。临证时应谨守病机、随证加减、合理配伍、巧妙化裁、注意禁忌。In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is believed that the deficiency of qi and blood in the internal organs and the intertwining of phlegm,blood stasis,and toxic pathogens,are key factors in the development of tumors.Digestive Chinese medicines,which enhance the middle energizer,soothe liver,regulate qi,eliminate phlegm,and resolve blood stasis,align closely with the core pathogenesis of tumors,characterized by deficiency of the healthy qi and excess of pathogenic factors.These drugs play a unique role in tumor treatment.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that such drugs can exert anti-tumor effects by regulating gut microbiota,inhibiting the expression of inflammatory mediators,suppressing angiogenesis,and inducing apoptosis.In clinical practice,it is crucial to strictly adhere to the pathogenesis,modify prescriptions according to symptoms,combine drugs appropriately,adjust them skillfully,and be mindful of contraindications.
