摘 要:随着医学影像学的发展,CT增强检查或血管造影过程中广泛使用碘对比剂导致的对比剂肾病(CIN)是急性肾损伤的主要原因之一。碘对比剂潜在的肾毒性已在临床和实验中得到证实,但目前仍缺乏有效的预防和治疗措施。因此,早期检测CIN的发生可以帮助临床及时调整治疗方案。目前有学者对CIN的早期检测进行了研究,包括影像学及生物标志物等。其中,功能磁共振成像(fMRI)及肾动脉阻力指数(RRI)作为非侵入性的医学影像技术,可清晰显示肾脏的结构、功能及血流动力学变化,成为CIN检测风险领域中的重要研究方向。本文就fMRI、RRI在CIN中的应用进展做一综述,并探讨其潜在应用价值。With the development of medical imaging,contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN)caused by the widespread use of iodine contrast agents in CT enhanced examinations or angiography is one of the main causes of acute kidney injury.The potential nephrotoxicity of iodine contrast agents has been confirmed in clinical and experimental studies,but there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment measures.Therefore,early detection of CIN can help clinical adjustments to treatment plans in a timely manner.Currently,scholars have conducted research on early detection of CIN,including imaging and biomarkers.Among them,functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)and renal artery resistive index(RRI),as non-invasive medical imaging techniques,can clearly display the structure,function,and hemodynamic changes of the kidney,which has become an important research direction in the field of CIN risk detection.This paper provides a review of the application progress of fMRI and RRI in CIN and explores its po tential application value.
