集束化吸痰护理管理对气管切开患者吸痰耐受性及呼吸道并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨气管切开患者施以集束化吸痰护理的应用价值。方法选取2022年2月至2023年3月,在广东省工伤康复中心接受气管切开治疗的98例患者,依照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例,其中对照组为常规管理,研究组为集束化吸痰护理管理。就两组临床指标、吸痰耐受性、昏迷评分、排痰量以及并发症情况予以比较、分析。结果研究组带管和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后第7天吸痰耐受性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后排痰量高于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在气管切开患者中,施以集束化吸痰护理管理可加速患者病情康复,提高吸痰耐受性,并可减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical value of cluster sputum aspiration in patients with tracheotomy.Methods From February 2022 to March 2023,a total of 98 patients receiving tracheotomy treatment in Guangdong Provincial Work Injury Rehabilitation Center were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine management,while the study group received cluster sputum aspiration nursing management.Clinical indicators,sputum aspiration tolerance,coma score and sputum output of the two groups were analyzed.The complications were compared and analyzed.Results The catheter and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th postoperative day,the tolerance of sputum aspiration in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sputum output of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the Glasgow coma scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with tracheotomy,the cluster sputum aspiration nursing management can accelerate the recovery of patients,improve the tolerance of sputum aspiration and reduce the occurrence of complications.
