摘　　要：智慧药房建设是推动医院药学事业发展的重要组成部分,在医院信息化建设中扮演着不可或缺的角色。由于我国智慧药房建设目前仍然处在探索阶段,因此在此过程中会出现诸多问题。本文针对我国智慧药房建设主要提出关于智慧药房管理、特殊药品、软件及硬件4个方面的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决策略,旨在切实改善患者的就医体验,提升患者的满意度,推动我国智慧药房建设,提高整个医疗服务的质量和效率。The construction of smart pharmacy is an important part of promoting he development of hospital pharmacy and plays an indispensable role in hospital information construction.Due to the fact that the construction of smart pharmacy in China is still in the exploratory stage,many problems may arise during this process.This paper mainly proposes four issues of smart pharmacy management,special drug,software and hardware regarding the construction of smart pharmacy in China,and puts forward corresponding solutions to these issues.The purpose is to improve the patient’s medical experience,improve the patient’s satisfaction,promote the construction of smart pharmacies in China,and improve the quality and efficiency of the entire medical service.
