新时代“枫桥经验”赋能城市治理共同体的创新意蕴及其时代价值

摘　　要：构建“人人参与、人人负责、人人奉献、人人共享”的城市治理共同体,是习近平城市治理系列论述的重要内容。新时代“枫桥经验”赋能城市治理共同体,是贯彻落实党的二十大关于坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”的实践议题。正确把握城市治理共同体思想的精神要义及其时代境遇,深度挖掘“枫桥经验”赋能城市治理共同体的逻辑关联和创新意蕴,在城市治理共同体数字化建设进程中不断丰富和拓展新时代“枫桥经验”更深层次、更大领域的文明影响力,乃为实现中国式现代化增添新动能的实践之道。Building an urban governance community where“everyone participates,everyone takes responsibility,everyone contributes and everyone shares”is a key element of Xi Jinping’s discourses on urban governance.Empowering urban governance communities with the“Fengqiao Experience”in the New Era is a remarkable example of implementing in practice the 20 th CPC National Congress’mandate to share and broaden this experience.It is important to fully understand the urban governance community concept and its contemporary value,extensively explore the possibility of empowering the urban governance community with the“Fengqiao Experience”,and continuously enrich the original“Fengqiao Experience”in digitalizing the urban governance community.This is a new practical driving force to the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
