摘 要:氮氧化物(NOx)的排放一直是各国重型车辆污染物监管的重点。本文首先介绍了欧盟、美国以及中国发布的重型车辆NOx排放法规,然后重点针对CARB“NOx跟踪要求”的17Bin算法,选取两辆样车进行实际道路PEMS测试,通过试验得到:在NOx传感器工作正常的情况下,两辆样车的17Bin算法NOx排放测试结果和PEMS设备NOx排放测试结果的相对偏差均低于5%,因此可以采用17Bin算法对实际车辆NOx排放进行记录及监管。另外,17Bin算法中工况点相对较多Bin的NOx排放进行对比分析,进而有针对性的研究不同Bin中的排放。NOx emissions have always been a key focus of heavy vehicle pollutant regulation in various countries.Firstly,This paper compares the NOx emission regulations for heavy-duty vehicles issued by the European Union,California,and Chinese,Then focusing on the development and validation of the 17Bin algorithm for“NOx Emission Tracking Requirements”,Select two vehicles for actual road PEMS testing.The test results showed that:the relative error between the 17Bin algorithm NOx emission test results and PEMS equipment NOx emission measurement results of the two sample vehicles is less than 5%.Therefore,the 17Bin algorithm can be used to record and supervise the actual vehicle NOx emissions.By comparing and analyzing the NOx emissions of Bins with relatively more operating points,the 17Bin algorithm can be used to study the emissions of different Bins.
