摘  要:冲压件调速器罩包含落料、拉深、冲孔和翻孔4道冲压工序,为解决冲压生产过程中使用多副模具的难题和提高冲压生产效率,从拉深坯料尺寸、拉深次数、预翻孔冲孔尺寸、翻孔系数和翻孔极限高度等方面对调速器罩的冲压工艺性进行详细分析。结果表明:无凸缘筒形拉深和翻孔都可以一次完成,可以采用一副模具同时完成4道冲压工序,设计出落料-拉深-冲孔-翻孔复合模的冲压模具,模具结构比较复杂,在保证调速器罩生产质量的同时可以提高生产效率。Stamping parts governor cover includes four stamping process of blanking,drawing,punching and flanging,in order to resolve the problem of using multiple dies in the process of stamping and improve the efficiency of stamping production,the stamping process of the governor cover was analyzed from the aspects of drawing blank size,drawing times,pre-flanging punch size,flanging coefficient and flanging limit height.The results show that flangeless cylindrer and flanging can be completed at one time,the 4 stamping processes of blanking,drawing,punching and flanging can be completed by a pair of dies at the same time.The stamping production scheme of blanking-drawing-punching-flanging composite die is adopted,The mold structure is more complex,which can improve the production efficiency while ensuring the production quality of the governor cover.
