故障树分析法在工程机械发动机故障诊断中的应用

摘  要:本文建立工程机械发动机的故障树,对发动机故障进行了系统分析,以发动机不能正常工作为顶事件,逐级分析了导致该项事件发生的各级因素,包括燃油系统故障、点火系统故障、进气系统故障和冷却系统故障,将每个因素细分为更具体的问题,建立故障树,清晰展示各级故障之间的逻辑关系,快速定位故障原因。结果表明,故障树分析法能够有效提高故障诊断准确度,缩短维修时间,降低维修成本。This article establishes a fault tree for the malfunctioning of engineering machinery engines and conducts a systematic analysis of engine failures.Taking engine failure as the top event,the various factors that cause this event to occur are analyzed step by step,including fuel system failures,ignition system failures,intake system failures,and cooling system failures.Each factor is subdivided into more specific problems and a fault tree is established,Clearly display the logical relationship between faults at all levels and quickly locate the cause of the fault.The results indicate that the fault tree analysis method can effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,shorten maintenance time,and reduce maintenance costs.
