摘  要:为了实现高效、稳定的冷却效果,设计了一套智能控制系统,在硬件设计层面,采用了89C51单片机作为核心控制单元,并配置了多种传感器和执行器,在软件设计方面,基于PID控制算法开发了控制程序,该程序能够根据实时采集的温度数据快速计算控制量,并通过执行器对冷却系统进行精确控制。结果表明,该系统在正常工作温度范围内,提升了现有工程机械的使用寿命。通过智能控制系统的设计与应用,实现了对工程机械发动机及液压系统冷却过程的优化控制。In order to achieve efficient and stable cooling effects,an intelligent control system was designed.At the hardware design level,an 89C51 microcontroller was used as the core control unit,and multiple sensors and actuators were configured.In terms of software design,a control program was developed based on the PID control algorithm,which can quickly calculate the control amount based on real-time temperature data collection,And precisely control the cooling system through actuators.The results indicate that the system improves the service life of existing construction machinery within the normal operating temperature range.Through the design and application of intelligent control systems,optimization control of the cooling process of engineering machinery engines and hydraulic systems has been achieved.
