摘  要:国家积极推动教育与产业深度融合,现代学徒制人才培养模式随之产生。结合现代学徒制的优势,完成新能源汽车技术专业现代学徒制试点班级的组建,建立健全校企合作育人机制和各项管理制度,校企联合制定人才培养方案和标准、创新教学组织模式、优化专业课程体系、搭建虚拟仿真资源、打造优质教师团队、构建多方评价机制,培养工程实践能力强、能适应企业岗位需求的高素质人才。The country actively promotes the deep integration of education and industry,and the modern apprenticeship talent training mode comes into being.Combined with the advantages of modern apprenticeship system,the modern apprenticeship pilot class of new energy vehicle technology major is set up.The school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism and various management systems are established and improved,the talent training scheme and standard are formulated,the teaching organization mode is innovated,the professional curriculum system is optimized,the virtual simulation resources are set up,the high-quality teacher team is built,the multi-party evaluation mechanism is created.The school and enterprise jointly cultivate high-quality talents with strong engineering practice ability and can adapt to the needs of enterprise posts.
