摘 要:目的:探讨组织体系、人防系统、器防系统、技防系统(以下简称“‘四防’系统”)建设在控制医院感染中的作用。方法:通过杏林医院感染实时监控系统收集大理大学第一附属医院2019年、2021年的医院感染数据并进行对比分析。结果:2021年医院感染防控相关措施较2019年显著增加,最高增长率达914.29%。与2019年相比,2021年医院感染发病率降低(P<0.05),医院感染阳性菌株检出株数下降16.12%,碳青霉烯耐药革兰氏阴性杆菌(CRO)检出例数下降70.44%,碳青霉烯耐药肠杆菌科细菌检出例数下降42.31%,ICU、急诊ICU检出CRO例数下降63.89%。结论:加强“四防”系统建设可以有效降低医院感染发病率,且对CRO的防控有针对性作用。Objective:To explore the role of the construction of organizational system,people management,apparatus management and technique support(hereinafter referred to as"four-prevention"system)in the control of hospital infection.Methods:The hospital infection data of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University in 2019 and 2021 were collected and analyzed by the real-time monitoring system of Xinglin Hospital Infection.Results:The relative measures of hospital infection prevention and control increased significantly in 2021 compared with 2019,with the highest growth rate of 914.29%.Compared with 2019,the incidence of hospital infection in 2021 decreased(P<0.05),the number of hospital infection positive strains decreased by 16.12%,the number of carbapenem-resistant organism(CRO)decreased by 70.44%,the number of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae decreased by 42.31%,and the number of CRO cases in ICU and EICU decreased by 63.89%.Conclusion:Strengthening the construction of"four-prevention"system can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection,and has a targeted effect on the prevention and control of CRO.
