新冠疫情形势下大理白族自治州乡村医生心理状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解新冠疫情防控期间大理白族自治州(以下简称“大理州”)乡村医生心理状况及影响因素。方法:采用自制基本信息调查表和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21),通过问卷星对大理州463名乡村医生进行在线调查。结果:大理州乡村医生抑郁、焦虑和压力发生率分别为12.74%(59/463)、24.41%(113/463)、7.13%(33/463)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,年龄、健康状况均是抑郁、焦虑和压力的影响因素(P<0.05),年龄较小和健康状况较差是心理状况的危险因素;此外,民族是发生压力的另一影响因素(P<0.05),汉族乡村医生发生压力情绪是少数民族乡村医生的2.759倍。结论:新冠疫情形势下大理州乡村医生心理状况受到一定的影响,需及时采取心理健康咨询和干预等措施,并根据发生率的高低及其影响因素给予重点关注。Objective:To investigate the psychological status and influencing factors of rural doctors in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as"Dali Prefecture")during the prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:A selfmade basic information questionnaire and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21(DASS-21)were used to conduct an online survey of 463 rural doctors in Dali Prefecture via Wenjuanxing platform.Results:The incidence rates of depression,anxiety and stress were 12.74%(59/463),24.41%(113/463)and 7.13%(33/463),respectively.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and health status were the influencing factors of depression,anxiety and stress(P<0.05),and younger age and poor health status were the risk factors of psychological status.In addition,ethnicity was another influencing factor of stress(P<0.05),and Han rural doctors were 2.759 times more stressed than minority rural doctors.Conclusion:The psychological condition of rural doctors in Dali Prefecture under the COVID-19 pandemic has been affected to a certain extent,and measures such as mental health consultation and intervention should be taken in a timely manner,and focused attention should be given according to the incidence and its influencing factors.
