摘  要:为了有效利用钢铁企业的数字资源,提高资源和能源的利用效率、降低炼铁冶炼成本,探索性提出了适用于钢铁行业的高炉孪生驾驶舱与操作评价平台。该平台基于数字化安全预警标准体系、高炉顺行状态评价体系、高炉操作评价体系和高炉数据分析体系,通过高炉及其附属系统的“动态感知”与实时监控,完成高炉海量数据的采集。利用实时高炉数据采集进行驱动,构建了高炉数字孪生驾驶舱。在高炉数字孪生驾驶舱应用“专家经验+冶炼机理+智能算法”,开发了基于布料智能分析模型等8个操作评价模型的操作评价平台。后续借助鞍钢高炉孪生驾驶舱与操作评价平台和数据机器学习技术,定周期对高炉进行多维度的解析与优化。同时与人工操作相互评价对比,将操作经验和冶炼机理充分结合,推进了炼铁向数字化、网络化、智能化、标准化的转变。In order to effectively use the digital resources of iron and steel enterprises,improve the utilization efficiency of resources and energy,and reduce the cost of ironmaking,the twin cockpit and operation evaluation platform for a blast furnace(BF)suitable for iron and steel industry was exploratively proposed.The platform was in operation based on the digital security early warning standard system,the evaluation system for the BF in the state of smooth operation,the evaluation system for operation of the BF and the analysis system for the data in terms of the BF.And so massive data could be collected by means of the Dynamic Sensing and real-time monitoring in terms of the BF and its affiliated systems.Driven by collecting real-time BF data,the digital twin cockpit of BF was constructed.While the operation evaluation platform based on eight operation evaluation models such as intelligent analysis model for materials-charging was developed by application of Expert Experience Plus Smelting Mechanism Plus Intelligent Algorithm in the digital twin cockpit of a BF.Subsequently,with the help of the twin cockpit and operation evaluation platform and data machine learning technology,multi-dimensional analysis and optimi-zation of the BF were carried out at fixed cycle.At the same time,by means of evaluating and comparing with manual operations,fully combining operating experiences with smelting mechanism,the operation of ironmaking was promoted towards transformation of digitalization,networking,intelligence and standardization.
